The veils can finally be lifted: Our short trip to Copenhagen recently was all  in light  of – no real surprise here though – NOMA. Following an assignment by NOWNESS to interview RenĂ© Redzepi is something you simply can’t turn down – even when void of an actual dining experience. We connected very well and the overall time we got to spend with RenĂ© on his houseboat surpassed our expectation by far.

Oh well. Can anybody tell me where June, July and August went? And September, too? As much as I like working on cookbooks, it is a process that tends to suck you in completely, with flesh and bones. Meyer Lemon Pots de Creme - The best Ziploc bag I ever got

When I crossed the door step of Bar Centrale on a sunny Thursday a few weeks ago to meet our friends Sherry and Bob from Sausalito, it had been almost 4 years that we had first met – at the very same coffee bar. They have become dear friends of ours and we make sure to meet at least once a year, may it be in California, in France or in our Bavarian capital.
