Holy moly, that just suits my desire for comfort today. Milchreis with coconut and white chocolate will be a perfect dinner then.

As I love even in food shots the quick and spontaneus way I am very happy with that new generation of cameras that bring the comapctness (is there this word?), speed and usability of mobiles & digicams somehow near the quality of a professional cam.

My choice was the Samsung NX 300 early this year , counting on their ability as a tech company to make a machine that really catches the moment (check) and works even in low light (check). And yes, the lots of pre-filters and easy Wifi-Options make the "afterworks" very simple.

Not to say I am stunned by the new quality of the pics, but coming from the other, smaller side that's no wonder.

Thanks for these insights - and the recipe of course. Of to the deli now!
