Amazing photos!! I just stumbled on this blog during a google search because we are heading to Sicily next month. Now I am even more excited! We'll be renting a small car, too, and circling the island from Catania south down to Agrigento and up to Palermo, after stopping at the Aeolian islands first. Can't wait!! I love your photo of the green hills--where is that taken?

We rented with Sixt and picked it up directly at the airport (5min walk, leave through the exit and take a right turn).
