I made a variation of your dip (quark + garlic flakes + oregano + a tiny bit of grated parmesan + olive oil + black pepper) and used it with tortilla chips; but I would really want to try the roasted cauliflower and superspice recipe. Thank you.

I've never thought of having roasted cauliflower. I like cauliflower but have never had it roasted and by the looks of it I bet its really good!
