Just yesterday I forgot we already have December. I guess I’m living in denial here, but winter season is just not for me. I’m so not a snow (slush) person, I freeze easily and the hot water bottle is my best friend during the upcoming cold months. Not to mention the whole Christmas shopping frenzy. Thank god some aspects make it all worthwhile, especially on the food end!
Oh and I’m making progress on the gifts front, especially compared to previous years! Not only have I already found some neat presents, a couple of them are already wrapped, tagged and ready to make friends and family smile. For a very special friend with a very special taste I wrapped up a sweet little something in a cool black and white look, something probably not everybody in Christmas mood would approve of… That is why I made an additional color edition of my newly designed Christmas tags and put both up here for you to download and use for free.
I hope you’ll enjoy them – happy wrapping :)
Please note that these labels are for non-commercial use only (no redistribution, no hot-linking). They’re best printed on thick paper, DIN A4 (or letter size), no scaling: 120gram/sq.meter, better yet 200gsm, which is comparable to the paper used for business cards. Also, keep in mind that not all printers can handle paper that thick and before you have to nicely ask Santa to bring you a new one, check with the manual. We use our old inkjet printer (hp officejet 6110 all-in-one), set to the highest possible quality. Finally, check the Adobe Acrobat Reader settings and make sure that under “Page Handling” scaling is set to none.
