I know that there is this big debate about carbs and yes if you eat to much carbs then the excess that your body does not burn will be stored as glycogen, which will turn to fat. Here is the way I handle carbs. Whenever I eat a pasta dish and I eat it all the time, I eat a whole bunch of spinach that I saute in chicken broth instead of oil and I season it. As long as you eat two to three times the amount of your pasta in the form of some greens or negative calorie vegetables you will be find. Other than that this is an excellent recipe and I am going to give it a shot!
