Currently I'm trying to recreate the flavor of rootbeer in ice cream form without resorting to artificial rootbeer flavoring. I've made a number of ice creams, sorbets and granitas with one of my favorite being my pumpkin ice cream pie with fresh marshmallow sauce swirled in and lapsong tea ice cream.
