Just kidding ;) Talk about brain freeze: I was all over some lime sorbet yesterday (not homemade though!) and the tartishness did double the damage in terms of brain freeze - or maybe I was just being greedy?

Chantal, Champage/apricot sounds divine! Never used champagne for a sorbet, I think that's next on my list!
