Mmmmh! I just gave the pancake recipe a shot - with blackberries instead of the raspberries. And a mix of maple syrup and tuscan chestnut honey from Honighäusl at Viktualienmarkt makes a wonderful topping.
The best pancakes I've ever tried!

oh i'm blushing! how amazing that i was made mention on your blog. i do feel rather honored. and i can see that cute little maple syrup container in your shot.
