After upgrading to the latest wordpress, my Cforms 14.5 installation seems to have a number of bugs.

Save/Update button has disappeared.

Check boxes for required / email / read only etc.. are bunched together and styled wrong

 

Also I've checked the HISTORY.txt file and it shows Cforms 14.5, but the bottom detail shows Cforms 13.2.1 still?

If we can't get this fixed I'm going to have to strip cforms out completely and look for an alternative!

It looks like an incomplete update, usually caused by just copying files over or multiple instances of cforms in the plugin folder.

I've tried re-installing the plugin with no success. What else should I try?

Have your ran through the checklist in the FAQs under "cforms doesn't install or work?" ?
and
"Can't find the SAVE/UPDATE or any other cforms admin function after upgrading?!"

Yes I did, but it does not help.
my blog is blog.rvweser.de with WP 3.4.2 and cforms 14.0.

There is no save/update button in my cforms backend. In the top admin-bar the only plugin is gallery.
Also the top-admin-bar is enabled generally. could it be disabled for cforms only?
The only way to save changes ist to insert a new formfield and delete it. Then all the changes are saved. but this is a bit inefficient.

Please help even if my english is not very good.
