I have had these forms on a client's website forever now and have had very few issues until now. 

There was a server switch and I proceeded to update the SMTP settings and everything seemed to be working fine until today. The client emailed me to say that the website is hanging when the submit button is clicked. Of course, I then tried it out myself and it did NOT hang for me. I tried several browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE) and all of mine went through. 

Still, my client and everyone at her office is getting the "one moment please" message whenever they submit the form. 

I told her to check for popup blockers and she says they are not on. There was also a client of hers in another state who also could not submit the form. Everything works on my end though, which is weird. 

Any idea why this is happening and how to repair it?

Also, I turned OFF the optional popup and the hang still happens for them along with an "error on page" message at the bottom. Any help would be super appreciated. I'm baffled here.

It's still happening but not for everyone. Some people can submit the forms while others cannot. This is weird! Help?

I'm sorry to keep bumping this but it would be really fabulous to have an answer. It's very important this gets fixed. Is it a browser issue on their end or a code thing on my end?

Ajax has been switched off. It appears all other forms are working except one, which I don't understand because they all have the same global settings. The problem form is here: http://policeandsecuritynews.c…..age_id=140

Keep in mind that I am having no issue with submitting but the client and several others are having an issue with it hanging.

I am in desperate need of your help here since I really have no clue what the problem could be since it submits for some but not others.

Still having issues. Still! 

It appears that POSSIBLY it's a browser issue. At my clients office, those with IE7 cannot submit the for but an IE8 user can. While a Firefox user at the office CANNOT submit, I have tested in IE8, Firefox and Chrome and had no problem with any of the three.

Most mysterious to me is that ALL of the other forms work except one, yet they all have the same settings.

I need answers. Any kind of answers! Even guesses because I'm all out of solutions here.
