Want to cc the entire form to the visitor..is this possible

Hi, I have a form with many fields on it.

I can get it to send to the admin fine and I can get a simple email confirmation sent to the visitor fine ..using the basic features that are available.

But what I really want is for the entire form to be cc'd to the visitor..that part doesn't seem to be working. I have included a " CC me " field indicated as a check box (default value checked) and have tested it as such, but the visitor is just receiving the basic message.

I want the visitor to just receive a copy of the same form sent to the admin. Is this possible?

Without having to copy all the fields to the "auto confirmation" text message area…as I said I have a lot of field.

If this is the only way to do it..then some of my fields include () brackets…and it doesn't seem to work with those fields. I tried using [id:fieldname] but then it showed this in my field labels.

?

Thx…so much. Tracy

for [id:xyz] to work, you need to enable it first in cforms.

still, a user CC copy is simply a copy of the exact same email that an admin would get, so I can't believe it wouldn't work. have you check spam filters etc.?

Hi paul..thx..it does send the email to the sender/visitor but it just doesn't include the same data as the admin.

no worries..i ended up renaming my fields and hard coding it into the response email…went about it the long way but got the same results. :)

Paul.

We want the same information sent. I had to make a table manually and add every single field for two forms.! Please it would be awesome if you could make this feature for future use!
