Hello!
I've checked every setting I can, checked the FAQ and read posts, but I am not able to receive admin emails from form submissions. The submitters do receive the confirmation email however no problem.
The URL is: http://www.ameritelinc.com/faq…..a-question
I have the latest versions of everything installed. Ajax is off as I was not getting any emails at all with it on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Vince

What have you tried from the suggestions in the FAQs?

I've triple checked my settings, tried SMTP, checked to make sure that WP sends emails (which it does since the submitter gets the email), I have an earlier version of cforms working fine on a different WP installation with the same host provider.
What I don't know how to check is the PHP function mail(). What exactly do I check?
Other than that I can't figure it out! :)

Update…
I changed the admin email address for the heck of it to one on a completely dif server and it worked! I don't know why this other address is not working but it should, I get emails there all the time and there's nothing in my SPAM folders.
Could it be that it has to do with the fact that the FROM and TO are on the same domail? i.e. FROM wordpress@domain.com and ADMIN is name@domain.com?

Perhaps the mail server logs on the system that doesn't seem to accept the admin email for realy may reveal more info.
Try using the same (and existing, known to the server) mail address for both the FROM and TO setting.

OK, found the problem… My web traffic is redirected to another host from the DNS record holder. From there, the web host was trying to send emails to this domain and was trying to resolve the email addresses locally instead of to the outside like all other emails. So I added the correct MX entry to the server and all's good.
Thank you for your help!
