Good afternoon,
On this paga http://www.ruzzleonline.nl/insturen-ruzzle-highscores/ I use your form.
Only the upload does not seem to work. When I use the form everything goes wel. But where is the picture/image is the big question.
First I thought I could find the image in the folder which I can acces via FTP. This because I filled in my upload folder: /domains/ruzzleonline.nl/public_html/images
But the image is not there.
So I put on tracking. New test email. I see it in tracking. When I click on image I get 404 page. The link adres is http://www.ruzzleonline.nl/wp-content/plugins/cformsns/ruzzleonline.nl/public_html/images/1-pipservieshighteashowcasevoorbeeld.jpg
I don't even have a folder called 'cformsns' in my FTP.
Do you know whats going wrong here?
Kind regards Willem

Can I still take this plugin serious?
How long do I have to wait for a reply?
Still have error 'Can't find the specified Upload Directory ! Please verify that it exists!'.
When I was testing the plugin on test site it worked….
I tried to install the plugin again, but if I delete all the files and the database files, when I install it again it still gives me the same information I filled in, not a brand new installation. How is that possible anyhow that it remebers all the details, I removed everything?
Kind regards Willem

OfflineWhat you don't understand is that this is a user / community based driven forum. Feel free to draw you own conclusions from that, I'm sure you've been yourself an avid contributor here.
cforms configuration may not be the easiest on the planet, it's settings are pretty straight forward though, if you still can't sort them out, I would advise to contact a web developer for support, which is btw how they make their living. Not always, not everything has to be free.
Just a few thoughts:
- 'cformsns' is not the official plugin folder, try cforms
- tripple check your upload folder config (absolute vs. relative server path!)
- check your folder permissions
- check your web server logs for err msgs
