Hello!

I am having problems with my tracking list. Nothing appears. But on my dashbord I see when emails where send to me via cforms. by clicking there I can see one comment. so the data must be somewhere but i cannot access them all at once in the tracking page as it used to be.

the other thing is that when i am leaving a comment that i don t get the confirmation message (neither the popup).

I hope you can help me. My description is vague, but actually i don t know what went wrong… (It actually already happend when I upgraded from last time, but i did n t bother since it still worked. but now i believe that the poll (www.survey.ar2com.de) is not working anymore – the comments do)

  1. check the abspath.php file in the cforms folder
  2. check your js/cforms.js file for proper path
  3. check other admin plugins that might cause the JS to break

no, the abspath.php is okay and the js uri is aswell okay.

what kind of other admin plugins do you mean?

I think this was an issue with v9.3, try updating to v9.4.
