Tracking page problem

I got the brand new version setup yesterday to take student information for a University program. I'm checking the Tracking pages and discovered that clicking the "View" link apparently removes the data.

If I check the box and select "Show Selected Entries" it works fine (though it only shows one entry…I'm not sure if it's supposed to show several or not), but if I click the "View" link for the same entry it says "no form data". When I go back and try to "Show Selected Entries" on that entry it says "no form data", so effectively "View" is deleting form entries, but not removing them from the list on Tracking page. I'm guessing this isn't standard behavior. I'm using FF 2x and WP 2.2.

The view button at the end of the column can not delete an data, it is supposed to show all submitted data for this submission only.

If you'd like to view more submissions/entries, you'll have to select them first  and then click on "Show Selected Entries". However, if you click on the red "X", then the respective entry will be removed from the database tables.

However, if you're saying that you can see the entires, but there is no data behind them, then chances are, that something is not right with your cforms tables and you might want to delete them (via Plugin Settings page) and re-enable the tracking feature.

That's what I thought, but that's not the way it's working.

  1. If I check the box and click SHOW SELECTED it displays the form data.
  2. If I click VIEW next the same entry it says "No form data"
  3. If I go back and check the box and click SHOW SELECTED it says "No form data"

Shelley, #2 and #3 are unusual and I can't see why this should be happening if #1 works fine.

I sent you an email, can you reply with some screenshots of your workflow?
