The forms are not presented on my site

Hi

I'm using cforms II v5.51 and Wordpress 2.2.2

After installing the plugin I left most defailt settings, only changed the number of fields and added the redirect option upon success.

It all looks good but it doesn't work on both firefox and i.e7

The form is supposed to be on http://downloading-youtube-videos.com/uncategorized/form-test1/

Any ideas what am I doing wrong?

SOLVED!

I disabled the "tell a friend" and now it works fine
