The friend in the tell a friend option is getting the admin email and the variables like {your name} is also not converting.  any help will be appreciated

and i guess what you mean by email template is the code i entered in the autoconfirmation box

I have copied the email template from the help section. Can you lead me to a post/help section where I can find the variables in the exact format. I changed {Your Name}  to {Your name} and it worked. Now the sendee is also not recieving admin emails. Thanks for the support

I am a social worker and a cut and paste guy. I am not able to understand the point you want me to arrive at. I am having problem with this variable {Friend's name} which is not converting to the value. This is the field label "Friend's name" . please consider me an idiot and give me the code.

This is really wierd and I have ended up where I have started despite doing everything. Cracking  enigma code is more easy, I should say…. Can i do away with the friend's name coloumn ?

How is it resolved? I am haveing the exact same problem
