T-A-F: when using "enable all" function, possible to disable for specific category/post-id?

Please replace the ??? with your data!

See question in Topic Name.

Just curious if it is possible for me to use "enable all previous posts" and set an "exclude [category-id or post-id]" anywhere.

I realize the alternative is to disable this function and insert the
appropriate call to the insert_cform function on each category template
that we want the T-A-F to show up in, within a wp query loop that
excludes the desired category or post.

However, in this case, there is just
one page we want to supress the T-A-F on, while showing it everywhere
else, so using the "show all" function would be nice.

 If not, does

<?php if ( is_tellafriend( $post->ID ) ) insert_cform(#); ?>

support "exclude" as a parameter, which would remove the need for the extra wp query?

Thanks for a great plugin, we're still in the process of implementing all its various features and functions and find new functionality all the time.

"enable all" just allows to set the flag automatically when you create a new page/post. You can of course always turn it off individually, just go into the post/page edit mode and disable TAF for the given post/page.

Of course you can also 'hard-code' whether or not the TAF form is shown. Simply add an IF clause around the insert_cform(#); command in the PHP and avoid showing it when being on the specific page/post ID.

PS: Intersted in v6.5 beta (it's stable and comes with a set of nifty new features…) hopefully making configration easier and more intuitive

I was referring to the "enable all previous posts" button, not the basic enable T-A-F check box, ot the T-A-F new posts/pages by default.

In this particular case, it is a category of posts that I want to supress the T-A-F form on. Of course, the php IF clause suppressing it for that category is the way to go – I was needlessly complicating things :-)

I would love to check out the beta, I have other projects involving various forms – and I'm still trying to figure out an elegant way to replace the contact us page on the referenced site with a form or set of forms, so I'm curious to see if any upcoming functionality will make that easier. I promise to be a good beta tester and let you know of any problems.
