Hi,

I try to get a multi-part form working, and all looks good except for the success message.

I do have two forms, one is the input form, the second one is a copy with all fields disabled and is used for user-control. At the second form you click on submit for buying a product.

After submission I want to have a success message.

For styling reasons I disabled the messages above and under the form and do have the specific error messages enabled.

I created a ststic page in Wordpress with a success message, but the redirect won't word. If I click on submit, the form hides or the first form is showing up again, depending on 'hide form' is enabled or not. But the redirect is not working. The URL then looks like …#usermessage3.

I do have Ajax disabled in the forms.

I created a contact form where I have a redirect to a static page, works just fine.

Even a third form that I create as a success form after subission won't show up.

Help would be appreciated.

When you work with multi-part/page forms, you should start with a simple example (see Help page) and:

1. do not configure and redirects or alternative action targets for any of the multi-part forms
2. do not include any subsequent form of the series of forms on any page directly
3. always start on a regular page with the first form of the series
4. cforms will handle "the rest"

success messages are always shown and can be used (from one form to the next) as little guides as to what is expected from the user, which makes them a "info message"…
