Thank you in advance.

It should work just fine, I'll double check.

Sorry, there is no error message.  Just not showing up.  I currently have two forms with the file upload box and they both behave the same.  Here is a link to one of them.  If you are willinging to test it, send a message to the web page subcommitte from the drop down list and I'll get the message.

I submitted twice, first with attachment, then one without. Both times it worked great! The success nessage is at the top. And I received your auto conf.

Am I missing something?

I had a feeling you might see the success message and see that it works.  It was the "popup option" for the success message that doesn't work (when I have a file upload box).

I'm removed the upload box and if you go back and try it again, you'll get the popup success message.

After giving it some thought, and I clearly wasn't thinking earlier, it
is logical that *with* an upload field the success message popup
doesn't work (the failure message still does).

Because of known HTML /
Browser limitations around file uploads Ajax can't be used to submit
the form data and consequently no popup message can be displayed (due
to the actual page reload) as part of a Javascript routine.
