I got this message after I updated to the current WP version:
It seems that your ROOT directory for Wordpress is /blog. cforms tried to auto-adjust its settings accordingly, however if you still encounter issues with Ajax (form submission & CAPTCHA reset) please open the file js/cforms.js in your cforms plugin folder and check the sajax_uri variable. (After changing the file, please emtpy your browser cache!)
We've been getting tons of spam now. Where's the captcha setting or where's the setting to reduce spam?

Hi!
I recommend getting familiar with the plugin and its features, which are well described on the Help! page, including CAPTCHA.

Can you send the link to the help page or is it in my account once I log in? If so, where?

The "Help!" page comes with cforms, under the cforms top menu you will find a cforms sub menu called Help! (depending on localization the term may be in your language) – which contains the Help sections, including examples, and descriptions of all supported fields.

I control spam very readily using the regular wordpress contact form using hashcash without bothering my visitors with the captcha gymnastics. Can cforms utilize hashcash to control spam?

No, but there other ways of making (c)forms virtually spam proof withouth using hashcash , captcha or Q&A fields.
Honeypots, reg-exp etc.Try the forum search as well.
