Friday I installed the plugin, and got everything working perfectly.

I'm using the plugin to send basic info, and attached files.

 

It was sending the email as html, which looked absolutely perfect.

 

Then friday afternoon, when another user tried the form it sent the email as txt.

 

Nothing was changed between it sending as html and then txt – well except that the other user used the form.

 

I've tried resetting the plugin and deleting it and using another preset form, but with no change. It still sends as txt.

 

How to get it to send as html again?

Yes I have tried gmail, OSX mail and iphone and ipad.

It's the same problem on all of them.

 

"Funny" thing is, that I just got a working html email, but then when I tried again it didn't work.

 

It's really annoying me, that I can't get it to work. 

 

The IT-server-guys don't know what to do. They also thought it might be the client.

 

Damn! I really love this form-plugin, but I guess I have to try my luck with something else. Does anybody know of a plugin like this, that allows you to attach files.

I think I've solved it by enabling the two CRLF related options under Global Settings > Mail Server Settings (CRLF)
