Searched through the forum but wasn't finding the answer. I am wanting to email both the admin and the person who submitted the form with the Admin Email (and any other custom fields I create). Your help is appreciated.

I'm a little foggy on how this should work. In my form there will be two email fields that will need to receive the Admin Email. Is this possible with the CC:field? It appears that you can only have one CC:field and it also looks like the user can uncheck the option to be copied on the email.

The form requires the CC: field & an email field (single line field, email flag set).
This sends the 'admin email' to both the admin (per the form config) & the submitter.
and it also looks like the user can uncheck the option to be copied on the email.
yes, that is an option. but you can flag it as read-only or use CSS to hide it completely.

Am I able to apply multiple CC: fields? When I have one field selcted for CC it is greyed out on all the other fields.

correct, because cforms only accepts one user email anyway (for auto confirmation and CC purposes that is).
