Thanks for your help. I have installed cforms and configured it accordng to the guide. When I test it out, it says successfully sent but no email is delivered to my email address.

I have looked through various forums and have tried many work arounds or suggestions. I even went to my hosting provider accusingthem of being the problem ( as i swear I configured this properly ) but they claim that they support or have php mail and have tested it to confirm.. they won't provide any further support.

can you please help? THis contact form looks amazing and it is a vital part to the success of my site :)
