Hi, I've recently downloaded this plugin and it works; however, there are a few important options that aren't being displayed to me(i.e. save and update)
. Any suggestions?
Thank you.

Please note the main changes for v13.0
Admin Action Menu & Saving Settings
Note that the floating admin drop down on the right side has been moved into the admin bar at the top!
Date Picker
going forward, cforms will exclusively utilize WP's jQuery date picker version! See global settings for supported date formats.
Admin and Auto Confirmation Messages
The email layouts have been revised and improved, please goto your individual Message Settings and reset to default.

Hi,
The "Update" button doesn't appear on my dashboard!
Both WP and CFORMS are updated to latest versions…
Thanks

Yet another person with the same problem, it really is a shame that the creators of this plugin don't respond to support requests, especially when it's a common issue.

Yet another person who complains about not getting free support, who obviosly doesn't even bother to spend a minute on searching the forum.
Oliver has responded to several threads already….the magic key word: UPGRADE
Jeez.

PS: sorry Oliver, I couldn't resist – keep up the great work

You shouldn't be so nasty, I spent at least 10 minutes searching the forums for the answer but only came up with a bunch of people asking the question but no responses suggesting a solution.
For the record, I'd happily pay to use this plugin but last I looked the option to do that had been removed.
I'm not criticizing, just frustrated because it's definitely the best contact form plugin out there for wordpress, until something goes wrong and there's no way to fix it because there's no support options apart from this forum, for which you see endless questions an no offers of help.
And yeah, wow, "upgrade" would be the first word I think to search for when I didn't just run an upgrade.. that's logical.. not, you're not doing Oliver any favours by making nasty accusations against people expressing genuine concerns because they need to fix a MAJOR problem and can't find a way to do it DESPITE searching the forums.

Oh.. and also, Oliver himself even said he probably won't respond to posts, if I recall correctly…

@ Tal
From your post it is very clear that you did not read the FAQ nor do you have any clue how much time it takes to develop and maintain software.
Quite contrary to your believe, posts that clearly indicate that the OP did all he/she could to troubleshoot his/her problem before starting a new topic DO get answered here.
No, I am not including a link to the FAQs or the Donation link here for obvious reasons.

Hello all
,
I've been having this issue as well for over 2 weeks and the only way I am able to "work around it" is by doing the following to create a "glitch", which actually saves/update your new settings:
1. make the necessary changes you need to make to your form.
2. then go to "Add" to add a new field (it's the green button right underneath your form fields).
3. the page will then refresh and your new settings will be saved.
4. then you must REMOVE the "New Field" that you just added.
5. the page will refresh again, now showing your updated form.
It seems timely and wasteful to follow these steps, but it seems to work for me for now. Who knows when we will get a true answer on why this is happening or how we can fix it, but my trial & error findings is working for me. Good luck!![]()

Thanks Chanel, for that solution. It works, even if cumbersome. I'm also running the latest versions of both WP and CForms, and there's no other way to save changes to form settings.

I'm having the same issue.. everything is upgraded to the most recent version

It seems to be an issue with WP 3.4.1 and CFormsII version 14.1 – On older versions of WP, it shows up in the admin bar fine.
I have CForms 11.7.2 running on WP 3.4.1 and the button shows up fine, but not in the admin bar. So, maybe a downgrade until they write a fix for it.

Oliver released version 14.5 and I just installed it and now it works. Thanks for the great work.

Thank you for that Update Oliver. Now it works like a charm again!
