Is there anyway I could use the same single cfrom on two sites of mine?

The thing is that I moved one of my sites to unmanaged VPS server and cforms does not send emails anymore. There may be problems with email server configuration on this new server. I'm not sure, it would probably take tons of time to figure out where the problem is and correct it.

I think there is another way. I would like to take a form from my other website (site is stored in other hosting and contact form works fine there) and insert this form to my other site, where contact forms do not work properly. I don't need to change any options, just to have this same form on two blogs.

How can I do that?
