The new submissions RSS feed is very interesting feature but how to use it?

For example: I enable the checkbox "Enable global RSS" in Global Settings and get rss url ___http://mysite.com?cformsRSS=-1%24%23%243b2632597d7a8b954590a6a8bd710f81

When I try to go this url I see empty feed:

No entries yet
You might want to check back in a little while…

But I see new submissions in Tracking!

And what I should fill in "RSS entries"? My blog's feed url ___http://mysite.com/feed/ ?

Generally, the secret key ought to always be kept secret, since otherwise other people may subscribe to it.

RSS entries simply refers to how many (new) submissions should be kept in the list and expects a number as input.

With  RSS entries configured, do you still get the 'no submissions'  info?

Does the same thing happen when you try the RSS feed for a specific form?

Thanks, I have understood! It works fine!

But the RSS for specific form seems like it isn't RSS url.
When I go global RSS url (all new submissions) my browser offers to subscribe RSS feed (dropdown list: google reader, etc.), but NOT FOR RSS for specific form — it looks like text without any formatting

right. I don't want it to be searchable, otherwise anyone could pick up your feed and the secret key would be useless!
