We've been using a form for more than a month and suddenly we noticed that new reponses were not being saved in the database. We receive a detailed email with all the field entries but when we go to download from Cforms, there are no new records there.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. We're in deep do-do if the entries have been somehow lost.

been doing any upgrades /updates or DB changes?
did you change any form settings?
check any new form settings that may stop the recording: "multi-page" feature or the explicit option to turn off tracking per form.
also see if 10.5 beta fixes this.

Tried 10.5b. Now even the emails aren't being sent and thee are no entries in the database. Form is there, though. See http://undress4success.com/ind…..nterviewed.
Note your scrip is busted see script info after Pleawse Read This . . .

Hmmm, script issue seems to only be in Safari. OK in Firefox.

Progress. Created a new test form and everything worked. But none of our 7 previsouly created forms work.
And suggestions on how to reactivate them with having to build them all over again?

you can try a few things:
- try to backup a form and create a new form and restore the settings
- try to duplicate the form
how are the old forms not working?

Tried to the duplicate trick. No workee.
They aren't working because the data is not saved in database although we get the email with the info.
Will try back up and restore and report back.

…and multi page form support is not set, right?
also check if 'Exclude this form from database tracking' is not set. might want to try and toggle this option (update settings both times!)

Nope, save and restore didn't work.
Multi-page is not set, exclude this form is not set.

Fixed! Predictably the problem was carelessness (or perhaps stupidity) on my part.
'WP Comment Feature' was turned on, but the form in question was just a regular contact form. Don't do that!
Whenever I ask for help in a forum there's the implicit suggestion that the product in question is broken at best or flawed at worst. But I learned a long time ago to tread lightly because as often as not the problem is of my making. Such was the case here.
The astonishing thing is that Oliver not only took a personal interest in the problem, but even offered to dig around on my site to find the issue—which he did. Not only does he offer an outstanding product (for free!), he offers customer support that goes way beyond commercial standards.
As M.F.K. Fisher wrote, "Sharing food with another human being is an intimate act that should not be indulged in lightly." The same can be said for product of a programmers art. Oliver and DeliciousDays clearly understands that.
Thank you!
