[desc]:I want to put radio buttons and text entry fields together. This is for accepting a license agreement. I want someone to be able to select one of the following, and enter the text. Is this possible?

Very possible, but requires some good CSS skills (need to use floats: and clear: in the right places…). See the booking preset example that comes with cforms, but don't overwrite your current form, add a new one for testing!

I found the booking preset and tried it, but it doesn't do what I want to do. I want 2 radio buttons. Within the text for each button there are text entry fields. I don't see that on the booking one.
