Hi, first of all thanks for this great plugin.

I upgraded to version 11.3 on two blogs, and want to export/import the contact form. When I import it in the 2nd blog, there are a couple error messages on top 'it seems that you have recently upgraded…', and the dropdown next to the 'Navigate To' button is completely blank and all settings empty (see screenshot).

I reinstalled cform, but this didn't fix it.

looks like the exported data/file got corrupted before or during the upload (restore) process. try a different browser and/or OS system. any difference?

If you changed databases, make sure to copy the tables wp_cformsdata and wp_cformssubmissions over to the new db.
