When I click submit on my form I get an error saying page not found. I have tried manually setting the redirect option but to no joy. Can be found at http://www.symmac.com/contact

This has to do with an error that's happing before the redirect and which actually breaks the redirect.

I tried several times to catch the error but due to the subsequent redirect can't. Can you disable the redirect to see what the error says? 

 

EDIT: The issue was related to .htaccess cofiguration. See here.
