After activating the plugin, I can't find any configuration pages or anything under the Options tab. Anyone come across this?

By the way, is there a way to put the form requests into a database to export to Excel etc? If there is, I don't see it.

Yes Mike. On the general plugin settings page you have to enable DB Tracking. Then a new menu item Tracking will appear that supports direct viewing, sorting & download of submissions (CSV, tab).
