Hi Oliver,

currently i am using a select box for visitors to choose a subject and i am wondering if it is possible to open a new (hidden?) form field when a specified subject is selected?

i.e. Subjects are: General Inquiries, Artist Reviews, Artist Inquiries.

When "Artist Inquiries" is selected and new select box shows up underneath where the visitor can select the artist of he requests. Maybe even sending an email then directly to this selected artist.

Is this possible?

Also i was wondering if it is possible to have the the auto response email as well as the admin email subject contain the form users name?

Please search this forum for jQuery, there are plenty of examples by now. Some very detailed ones…

Also i was wondering if it is possible to have the the auto response email as well as the admin email subject contain the form users name?

Simply add the the {users-name-field-label/variable} to the subject line in your form config.
