One form submits and the other one doesn\

I have 2 forms on my website, contact us and book now respectively. When I submit the contact us form, it sends successfully and I receive the auto confirmation in the \\\"customers\\\" email address.

When I fill out the booking form, and submit that, the form sends successfully but the \\\"customer\\\" never receives the auto confirmation email.]

I find this peculiar as one works but one does not.

 

Any suggestions?
