Please replace the ??? with your data!

  • Your URL: http://???
  • The browser used: firefox
  • cforms version: 7.11
  • Your Wordpress version: 2.3.2

[desc]: cforms refuses to save the "show message summaries below form". Anything else saves/changes but not that._

Oh… and I downloaded and extracted the newest version, but it still shows as 7.0 in the plugins list.

Do you have "Hide form after successful submission" enabled?

That's because you did install v7.0 :-)

From where did you download the zip?

Yes have "hide form after successful submission"! When you say that I do remember having that selection turned on efore I changed from showing a new page to hide form.

Is that a logic you have made to make sure the success message is not repeated?

ok :-) got the reason why I don't have 7.11 – because you have your package differently than others.

How about repackaging to have contactforms as the rootfolder and then put what's now in the roots folder in to a docs subfolder.

That's how all other plugins I've installed do it – so you just extract the zip to your plugins folder and then it's done :-)

Will try to remember next time ;-)

Correct. However, it does make sense to also show the bottom message in
case of erroneous entries. Consequently, the logic has been extended to
cover that as well, in v7.2
