I'm not sure what happened here. I created a new form with two single-text lines (name & email, respectively), one multi-select field, and one radio button field. However, for some reason, no matter what I do everything on the form comes out as BOLD AND CAPS LOCK and the layout is generally screwed up (the FAQ did not help).

I never touch any of the CSS. I deleted and tried to recreate the form. I even tried a different form on the same page to see if there was some glitch on the page (the older forms came out normal). I upgraded to the newest version (I had not realized it was out until I checked the site to see if anyone else had the issue).

This is only on a newly created form created after upgrading to WP 3.3 if that helps any. Any suggests?
