Any idea why the forms on my website are appearing like this:
http://www.rowiesbakery.com/?page_id=19
On this one, the image for the captcha is missing so I can't even submit the form!
http://www.rowiesbakery.com/?page_id=4
I have CForms set up on several web pages within my site (http://www.rowiesbakery.com) and they all look jumbled. Looks like the images are not placed in the correct folder perhaps? I looked at the folder path and the placement of the images folder for Cforms seem fine (but I could be wrong!):
Public_HTML > WP content > Plugins> Cforms > Images
Can anyone possbily tell me what might be happening and advise how to fix it? Thanks so very much in advance if you can assist me!

it looks like an installation issue, since no cforms files can be found where they're supposed to, eg:
http://rowiesbakeryboutique.co…../cforms.js http://rowiesbakeryboutique.co…..cforms.css

That's quite odd. It worked fine for about 1 year before! Any idea how to resolve this? Should I perhaps download the update? Do I have to reinstall the plugin?

Actually, come to think of it, some folks at my host/server helped me to move my files and perhaps all of the files did not get moved? In your previous message, I noticed that the primary URL you referred to was an older one: http://www.rowiesbakeryboutique.com This has changed to http://www.rowiesbakery.com and I had the files rearranged to point to http://www.rowiesbakery.com instead. Im guessing the files were not all transferred correctly?
If this is so, how can I correct this on my own?
Thanks for all of your help!

Have you tried to simply deactivate and reactivate the plugin?
Also note the "move" instructions on my plugin home page (see: 10.5 Upgrade / Install Note : MUST READ!)

Hi!
The good news: I deactivated and then reactivated like you suggested eariler, and everything LOOKS great again (No more messy misaligned fields).
The bad news: Now none of the forms seem to work properly! When I complete the form and submit, I am getting an 'Error on Page' message at the bottom.

no offense, but I don't get it that users always want documentation etc. when they don't even read it…
