  • Path a sendmail /usr/sbin/sendmail
  • MySQL version 5.0.96-community-log
  • Operating system linux
  • Wordpress 3.4.2
  • CformII: Version 14.4 and 14.5 

Multiple Forms  does not arrive  to email destination or arrive on blank. I followed all the advice. Disable all plugin, deactivate and reactivate the theme and the error persists.

I test with Ajax enable and disable.
