I'm trying to post a 7-page employment application to our site. If I assign it a parent menu as in the URL above, the form does not appear. However, if I move it to the root directory at this URL, http://www.restonlimo.com/emp-app-test/ then the form appears and (I think) works. Although, the form does not submit to the email address at the end.

I have another one-page form on our site that is not in a root directory, and it works fine (http://www.restonlimo.com/dc_l…..n-request/ pw, rls) — shows up, sends an email, etc.

Can you tell me what's going on with the multi-page form?

I have been searching this forum and found so many post about bugs with the multi page feature with simply no conclusive answer on either how to do this step by step or how to get it to work, I have sort of taken bits and pieces from many posts but after 7 hours I simply can get it to work and feel doomed as it does not appear that any of your questions will be answered.
