I just downloaded and installed the latest cforms II and really like it, however I was wondering what I would have to change for it to say the nth field instead of the email address on the tracking page. I believe I found where it is being declared but am clueless as how to change it.

Not sure what you're trying to accomplish: do you want to change visual output or change the underlying tracking table(s)?
