(After changing the file, please emtpy your browser cache!)"

I was hoping someone might be able to tell me what this is about and what I should do.

It is what it is, simply an info message. If your form works, then click it away, if you form doesn't work, then you may want to take a look at the aforementioned file, since the auto-guessing could have made a false assumption.

In your case it should've guessed:

/wordpress/

Did you properly deactivate and activate the plugin?

Did you delete your browser cache and SHIFT+Reload the form page?
