Offlinecould be either a javascript issue or php (ajax) related.

Have you configured the spacing between labels & data correctly? It's a setting for the txt email messages (main cforms config page) and requires a number of at least 1.

i also deactivated and activated the plugin but it still does not work!
by the way the message ist sent perfektly.. the problem is only the missing confirmation…

Offlineok, i just realized that's a semi-bug in cforms and I'll fix it by adding some validation: the "spacing number" must be larger than the biggest form field name, otherwise a negative number will be produced causing the error. Try a number larger than 20.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
i put the Spacing between labels & data to "20" and now it works!!!

Hello, I'm having the same problem at my site, (messages are coming through but page hangs at one moment please) http://www.myoverseasdoctor.com/contact-us/ and I would like to know where and how exactly to go about increasing the spacing between labels & data to 20?
I have cforms ii with wordpress 2.21
thanks!

I found the spacing between label & data and set it to be larger than the sum of all the characters in my largest field (45), but I'm still having the problem.
I had to change the "one moment please" message to "sent, thank you for your inquiry" to at least let people know the data was sent. But how can I fix this properly?
Thanks!

I have the same problem with http://www.bloginterviewer.com . I have the spacing set at 30.

I submitted two test mails via your form, and while it seems to work just fine with Javascript turned off, the ajax method results in jumping to your home page.
Did you get both mails?

Mike, "the same problem" is a bit vague. I've submitted two test mails via your form, and while it seems to work just fine with Javascript turned off, the ajax method results in falling back to the non ajax one due to other Jaavscript errors you have on your website.
Also, I tried loading
http://bloginterviewer.com/wp-content/plugins/contactforms/js/cforms.js
and the webserver can't find it, hence no Javascript/Ajax support!

Yes i did Oliver and thank you – but the forms have always worked fine on the contact us page which is where I think you entered your info, but did you try the quote form? That's the one I'm having trouble with right now.
Thanks!

OfflineThis seems odd, since you're other form is indeed working just fine. I'd say it's a config error – I'll send you an email…
EDIT: email bounced….

The problem is related to your hosting company which interjects a "Hosted by Joolo.com" image when ajax tries to read & process the submission results.
There is little you can do about that, except to either upgrade to a sponsor-free account or revert back to non Ajax form (simply disable Ajax support).
