Latest Download is reporting vesrsion 5.2 not 5.3

Just down load the latest version from your site thinking it was v5.3  but it is reporting it is 5.2…  could be a error in the header meta data.  Trying again to reinstall. Porblem is I do not have SMPT mail settngs working on my development site. But I do not want to use mail at this time..

re v5.3 / v5.2: Yes, you're right I had to temporarily replace the v5.3 zip archive with the v5.2 one last night due to a critical error IE was susceptible for.
v5.3 is back online.

As described below the option settings, you do not need the SMTP mail server settings if you local PHP mail() function works properly, which it does 95% of the time.
