We got around HostIcan file upload limitations in PHP with max file size up to 64MB

max mem size=64MB

max post size=110MB

max file upload=110MB

The largest file I can upload is ~ 5MB

Anything larger than that gets uploaded, but is not saved anywhere and the user gets a blank form in response. No error message, no thank you message – just a blank form. I suspect it's a problem with cforms.

Can you help identify the problem and if the code needs fixing I'm happy to get a developer to look at it and then contribute the code to your project.

There are no file size limitations in cforms unless you've configured them via the UI. Usually it is the provider the limits the file sizes in the first place.

Make sure you have enough room in your directories (final upload & tmp sever folder!)

The reason that it "seems" to get uploaded has to do with fact that the server only knows afterwards how large the file is and drops it.

Your developer (I'm happy to help) can build in log entries around were uploads are handled by cforms to see if they indeed make it to the tmp folder of the server (and end up in $_FILES[] or if they dropped early…
