Done. I simply deactivated it and activated it again. :-)
No magic involved, I swear.

to anyone seeing the same thing:

this could be a server caching issue, try to logout and back in and deactivate the plugin, then ractivate.

hmmm.. cannot be done.. actived > logout > deactived -> actived

All cforms data has been erased!

Please go to your Plugins tab and either disable the plugin, or toggle its status (disable/enable) to revive cforms!

I want to add that if you use the check box to activate and deactivate the plugin it never worked for me.  Although if you use the activate/deactivate link to the right of the plugin it worked first time.  Hope this helps anyone else.

Yup, very bizarre here is what I did to get the cforms plugin working.

Installed>activated>deactivated>loggedout>activated with the link next to the plugin and not the check box..

Working like a charm now.

I did what Vincent did - used the links to the right of the plugin description rather than the boxes on the left and that solved my issues.

I'm on 2.6.1 of wordpress ,

It's simple

Install > Activate > Deactivate > Logout > Go to plugins Cforms , make sure you hit the LINK to activate NOT the CHECKBOX.

It works for me. Thnx

Using the activate/decativate link from the right side of the plugin worked. Thank you for the tip. Hope it gets fixed in the next release of the forms.

It's not a cforms issue per se! It's more how WP changes it way of working without telling everyone else...'Hope they fix their way of introducing change!

it's a caching problem, just clean your browser's cache.
