Please replace the ??? with your data!
[desc]: i am using a cforms for the contact form on the contact page of the site. i noticed that cforms has included the javascript file in the head of every page on the site. this is unecessary for the other pages and slows loading time. is there a way to remove the javascript reference in the head on pages that do not use cforms? _

…only if you haven't configured it properly.

How do I configure cforms to not place the stylesheet and javascript files on pages that do not use cforms?

I must have done something wrong. It must be easier to modify the core code than to configure cforms.

I would like to know the same thing, please.
I actually find that many plugins do this — where the css or js is called on every single page (thus significantly slowing performance) even though the plugin is only used on one page.
Please advise how to stop this from occuring.
Sincerest thanks!

I'm sorry? What do you mean? What feature? I know how to read, thank you.
If this issue is covered somewhere, could you please just be precise about where to find it, instead of making the apparently confused folks asking about this feel stupid…?
I genuinely appreciate your hard work and the use of your plugin, but don't appreciate that all 3 of your responses to this question on this page have been indirect, non-specific, unhelpful and a tad snooty… when all you had to do was simply and directly answer the question, post a link to a previous thread where this may have been answered, or tell us exactly where to find the answer/solution in the documentation.

Well, that's too bad because I felt the same way about those three questions in this thread, while the answer is *very* accessible.
I've put in hundreds of hours into this plugin by now, provide free support whenever I can, because I do like to help troubled users, which by the way you would have noticed when simply looking at some of the other almost 4000 responses I've given to inquiries so far (and that's just this main forum).
And since *no* one else feels like they need to contribute to this forum (even after 350' downloads) and answer the one or other quite obvious question, yes I do want to reserve the right to be snooty whenever I want.
So, to answer your question, see global-settings page: 'Include cforms header data only on specific pages'.
PS: No offense, but if I had wanted to make folks look stupid, I would have simply listed the many areas this information could have easily been looked up in with a single mouse click.
