Im looking at making a Contact Us section for my blog, but i would like it so when a user clicks contact us they are given say 2-3 options for why they are contacting me, kind of like 3 little radio buttons that when selected it would take them to the appropriate form.

Here is a very basic example.

Contact Us

Choose the correct option

-Option 1

-Option 2

-Option 3

clicking option 1 would take you to a seperate form that would have fields tailored to that option and so on with the other options. Is this possible?

i would setup 1+ X forms. 1 form as the starting point of a multi-part form series and X additional forms, depending on how many "options" you want to deploy.
