Please replace the ??? with your data!

  • Your URL: http://???
  • The browser used: Internet Explorer of Windows Vista
  • cforms version: 7.3
  • Your Wordpress version: 2.3.2

[desc]:You gurus could spell it in easy words for me. I am a very good user of much stuff (no PC studies), have loaded and deleted tons of plugins, this is the only one that I can not see “cforms” on my dashboard.

I have looked FAQ, the web everything (I am usually pretty effective), but nothing!

I have tried everything I could think of : I tried installing on a Wordpress (right version up to 2.3.2) with no other plugins, with just “Akismet” and “Hello Dolly“, with or without “Ajax“.

Is it “akismet 2.0.2 Plugin” bothering, looked up if there are any uncompatible plugins could not find anything.

I am sure you know more than me. Do I have to have Ajax plugin activated and then add “cforms”?

Is it the name of the folder “cforms” I am uploading, what?

Something must have come in your mind. Please, share it with me. I really need this plugin.

After unzipping, what directory did you upload? cforms or contactforms, the latter is the right one.

Does plugin activation work?

Thanks! Till now everything seems to be fine, after your instructions. For other users to atke benefit of thsi post, I sum up that I just have "Akismet" and "Hello Dolly" in my Plugins and cforms got activated and everything!

I have another question though, should I proceed with "Ajax" Plugin, or "cForms" work without it?

Thanks in advance!

No need to run any specific "Ajax plugin" (not sure what plugin this is) – cforms handles Ajax calls on its own.

You may to take a look at the INSTALL.TXT file that's included in the zip file. It's important that you only upload the /contactforms/ folder.
