The button doesn't seem to be vanished from the tinyMCE editor… and also is't at the "kitchen sink"
Yes ive double checked the button in global settings
disabled it and re-enabled it but still doesn't show up in the WYSIWYG editor
Ill use the <!–cforms[x]–> for the time being
info: upgraded WP from 2.3.3 to 2.5 and then upgraded to latest cformII 8.02
btw tnx for the great work sofar. this plugin is amazing

Quite odd, usually the cfII button appears after clearing the browser cache and doing a Shift+Reload on your browser.

FIXED
nope refresh did not help either..
had some trouble updating subscribe2, he gave me fatal error when i tried to activate after upgrade.
Ive deactivated all plugins (including cformII) and then activated and run subscribe uninstall. and re-activated all plugins one by one…
After that cform's button was back in my WYSIWYG
propably forgot the step 3 and 5 while updating… sorry for the worrie
UPDATE STEPS:
1 make a database backup (this is always a good thing to do!)
2 keep a copy of your old cforms plugin
3 deactivate cforms,
4 upload the new version
5 re-enable it

Hi Oliver,
just letting you know, that i had the same problem and i couldn't make the button show in the WYSIWYG Editor. I had the TiniMCE Advance plugin installed and the cform button didn't show. Once i have deactivated it it worked.
Is there any chance to make the cforms compatible with it? Or is there anything i did wrong?
I am using WP 2.5 – Browser Netscape 9 (Mozilla) and the latest version 8.3b
But still, i love your plugin. It's fantastic and so easy to use.
Kind regards,
Thorsten

Not trying to pass the buck, but TiniMCE Advance is not compatible with cforms :-) since it hardcodes the buttons and doesn't take any other buttons into consideration that IT doesn't 'know'…
TiniMCE Advance in its latest version should support the cforms button. That's what I've been told…(or the plugin author is working on it, can't remember). It may help to post on his site.

Hi Oliver,
thanks for your quick reply. I was using the latest version of TiniMCE Advance.
On a different site i am using still older versions of TiniMCE Advance & cforms and both working just fine. That's what made me wonder.
I wouldn't care about TiniMCE Advance if i wouldn't need some of those buttons. Ah well… i'll try to get some info of its author and see what happens.
Thanks again and kind regards,
Thorsten
